Customer

Getting a quotation is instant, easy and free. Simply tell us about your job, when you need to move and where your items need to go.

Once you select the date and price, you’ll be able to secure the booking with our Secure Payment Gateway. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

You are eligible to receive a full refund if you cancel the job 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. If you cancel within 48 hours there will be a 25% charge, as we have to cover costs for our drivers booked in.

ce you have paid you will receive an email confirmation of your payment alongside the confirmed job details.

Once your job is assigned, your driver will call you directly to talk about your job and any questions you may have, please let the driver contact you first. If you are unable to contact your delivery driver ahead of your scheduled delivery date, please get in contact with support on support@moovstuff.com or 0845 299 3286.

If you need to cancel your job once you have accepted and secured the booking, please get in contact with our support team on support@moovstuff.com or

Every service partner is required to; hold valid:
1. Goods in Transit Insurance (GiT) & Liability insurance
2. Pass a background check
3. Hold a valid UK driving license
Moovstuff drivers are experienced in using our service, we only put forward drivers that have received positive feedback.

Items will be carefully loaded into vans; however, we strongly recommend that you package your items safely, in order to protect them during transit. Before your delivery we suggest you take photos to ensure you are protected in the unlikely event of a dispute.

Once the job has been completed, you will receive a link to tell us about your experience and provide feedback. In the unlikely event that you have a complaint we ask you to contact us to resolve any issue before leaving a review.

Sometimes things outside of a driver's control can cause a delay. We proactively strive to contact you if we become aware that your delivery will be late. Our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

The MOOVERS will load/unload the van for you; we recommend you let them do the work. If however, you have chosen to help load/unload the items we suggest you follow the MOOVERS guidance.

Some of your items may require dismantling or packaging, we recommend you do this yourself. If you require a MOOVER to do this for you, please select the dismantle or packaging service when booking your job.

Drivers

To register, fill out a simple online form www.moovstuff.com/fordrivers or alternatively call our on-boarding team on 0845 299 3286. It takes 12 hours to verify your account, before you can start accepting jobs.

The platform is free to sign up and there is no membership fee.

All of our service partners are required to have the relevant insurance, for example, Goods in Transit (GiT) for general courier moves. We also require you to have a valid UK driving license. You will be able to upload your documents in your account profile.

If you can’t access your account, click the forgot password link on the login page, you will be automatically emailed a link to reset your password to get back into your account.

The dashboard is where you can see your pending and completed jobs, real-time analytics and get support.

As soon as you upload an image of the job at completion, we will send you payment via a bank transfer to your nominated bank account.

Moovstuff charges a flat transaction fee of 20% across all jobs and 20% VAT fee.

We have a range of business to business and business to consumer jobs, from office moves, house moves to smaller furniture items and appliances.

You will receive confirmation of the booking via email and SMS.

You can speak to the customer via phone or email once you have accepted the job. The customer's contact details will be accessible through the dashboard and sent over to you via email.

You can tell us what area and radius you work in. Then we match you with the perfect job. You can keep this updated in your account profile.

We will notify you of a new job via email and through our dashboard, you can see any job offers in ‘Pending Jobs’

If you already work full-time, our platform can still be used to pick up extra work, when you have some availability.

Yes you need your own van, It is essential that your van is road legal as well as clean and tidy.

You will need to take a picture of your item at the place of delivery and upload the picture to your dashboard, we will walk you through this on our introduction call.

These charges will be incorporated within the price, it's the drivers responsibility to pay for these fees.

The customer can change details of the booking by informing Moovstuff and you the driver, if you can’t complete the job, we will look to assign you a job in that time and date.

If you are running late please let the customer know immediately and contact Moovstuff support.

If your van breaks down, please get in touch with our support team.

Moovstuff expects you to have straps, blankets and a box trolley.

We will notify you immediately that the customer has requested a refund, our team will find a job to replace the cancelled one

We recommend to our customers to arrange their own transport, however, if you are happy for them to travel with you then it's at your discretion.
